Marsh Street Pool Rules
  1. Swimmers must shower before entering the pool.
  2. Admission to the pool area may be refused for the following conditions but are not limited to: skin abrasions, infections, inflamed eyes, coughs, colds, or bandaged areas.
  3. Children under the age of 10 will not be permitted in the pool area unless accompanied by a guardian 18 years old or older at ALL times.
  4. All children 10 years of age and older who are left unattended MUST have passed a swim test and have emergency contact information on file at the pool before they are allowed to enter the pool area.
  5. No diapers are permitted in any pool. Only pool diapers and rubber pants are allowed.
  6. The baby pool is limited to children under the age of 6.
  7. Lifeguards are NOT responsible for the baby pool area. Children in the baby pool area must be accompanied at ALL times by a guardian 18 years of age or older.
  8. Flotation devices are only permitted in the baby pool.
  9. No glass of any kind is permitted in the pool area.
  10. Diving is only permitted in the deep end of the pool.
  11. NO electronic device to include but not limited to Cell Phones and IPods are EVER allowed in the bathrooms.
  12. Removal from the pool area include but are not limited to the following acts: running, pushing, horseplay, abusive language or unsafe acts of any kind. NO refund will be given for removal due to any rules violations.
  13. In an emergency, the pool will be closed. The signal to exit the pools will be one long blast of the whistle.
  14. No overly open display of affection.  This is a family friendly environment.
